Synopsis:

Max Ventura, eccentric private detective, is killed by mistake. His girlfriend Lella is a witness to the crime. Aweird psychoanalist from the next world tells him why he is now a ghost: since his death was an accident he can't enter the kingdom of the death... Taking advantage of his new guise, Max continues investigations into his last case, wich Inspector Vincenzi and Superintendent Salvi are also working on. Lella too has turned amateur detective for the sake of Max and his work. Meanwhile Max discovers he can communicate with the living. SErena, LElla's mother, can only see him, and Dado, Superintendent Salvi's young son can hear him. This "ghostly", highly unusual gang of detectives, gets itself into various comicsituations and will involve you in solving a series of mysterious and intriguing crimes.
