Synopsis:

Stefano works as a bus driver in Rome. One day his dream comes true and he gets the chance to work at the primary school in his home town as a temporary teacher. Stefano accepts and moves into his aunt’s house, a strange lady, who loves clothes and her dancing teacher. At school he meets the new head mistress, Elisa, who was his first love. Elisa has a daughter who is in Stefano’s class. Stefano begins teaching and gradually reveals excellent qualities as a teacher. In the meantime, he continues worshipping Elisa, thinking that she is still happily married.
