Synopsis:

The true story of three cops, all buddies, investigating a gang of ruthless criminals operating in North Italy. When one of them is killed during a clash with the thugs, his friends decide to go all out to bring in his murderers. But the killers appear to have friends in high places, because the two remaining cops are always encountering obstacles during their inquiries. Through sheer persistence, they manage to identify one of the gang. One of the cops, Valerio, has the guts to infiltrate the gang and win their trust, but he gets a nasty surprise: one of the killers is a cop, a colleague of his in fact. In a dramatic finale, one of the hoodlums is captured after a chase, another gives himself up, but the third, the most dangerous of all is still at large, and must be stopped before he carries out a bloody vendetta…
