Synopsis:

An insurance broker, after a night of insomnia, buys some sleeping pills from a chemists. But when the man has already left, the chemist realizes his fatal mistake: instead of innocuous sleeping pills he has been given a powerful poison. One pill would be enough to send the poor man on his way. The police are involved and try to track down the man, but each time are thwarted in their attempts. The man, after having become aware he is being followed, hides himself, but finally he gives himself up and all is clarified, but the pursuit is not without its moments of suspense.
