Synopsis:

In the main square of a small town in the north of Italy, the Benvenuti brothers run a delicatessen and, to keep up with the times and their competitors, they decide to transfer their business to a modern, brand-new shopping centre.
This change, undermining the unity of the family group, inevitably leads to the emergence of the different human and professional aspirations of each of them. Will our heroes, perhaps with a pinch of irony, manage to overcome their differences and frictions or will they end up shattering the unity of their clan?
