Synopsis:

Two times three (two: Mum and Dad; three: the three kids) relates the daily adventures of the Antonioli family and like all sitcoms, places the accent on humour. Giorgio Antonioli (J. Dorelli) is a civil lawyer who works at home, blessed with common sense and a subtle – very English – sense of humour, but far less wise and clear-headed when it comes to solving family problems. Good-hearted and generous by nature, he never ceases to express his love, respect and undying attraction for his wife Elena (L. Goggi). Elena is a qualified architect but also a real Italian mamma, who manages to reconcile her children’s needs with the rather old-fashioned ideas of her husband, whom she loves and respects with all her heart. Martina (Marta Forghieri), just eighteen and continually struggling with the usual teenage problems, Leo (Alessandro Sacco), the only boy, who is slightly overpowered by his impetuous sisters, and loves detective stories, and Niki ( Margherita Lombardo), the youngest, a real good girl , worships her father and has an answer for everything. Then here’s Vanna (Sabrina Marciano), Giorgio’s secretary, who’s a bit of a bimbo but would do anything for her boss, and Cesira ( Rosanna Ruffini) the au pair – and formerly Elena’s nanny – who after so many years of service has become part of the family.
