Synopsis:

Alessandro Franchi is in charge of the emergency room at Fabriano hospital. Having just saved the life of a teenage boy with an overdose, he comes up against a new drug case: a girl, Eleonora, falls to the ground in front of him, unconscious.
The girl’s mother, Francesca, cannot accept the doctor’s suspicions and, after a harsh dispute with Franchi, decides to move her daughter out of the hospital.
While Alessandro tries to find out if in town there is a batch of badly cut drugs, Francesca starts thinking that her daughter's problems can be related to her recent separation from her husband.
In the meantime, she continues to disagree with Dr. Franchi whom she just cannot get along with.
The clashes between the two actually mask a very strong attraction, destined to become real love.
